Refund policy

1. Final Sale & Personalization

Because our products are custom-printed and uniquely personalized for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the image chosen.

2. The 60-Minute Grace Period

We understand that mistakes happen. If you realize you selected the wrong phone model or uploaded the wrong image, you must contact us via the website chat button or at support@carrymoments.us within one (1) hour of placing your order.

  • After 60 minutes, your order enters our automated production queue and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

  • We cannot guarantee changes requested after this window.

3. Image Quality & User Responsibility (The "Loophole")

The quality of your custom case is directly dependent on the quality of the file you upload.

  • Low Resolution: Carry Moments is not responsible for prints that appear blurry, grainy, or pixelated due to low-resolution images provided by the customer.

  • Crop & Fit: Please ensure your image is centered correctly in the preview. We are not responsible for parts of the image cut off by camera holes if they were visible in the preview tool.

4. Manufacturing Defects & Craftsmanship Faults

If your case arrives with a legitimate manufacturing defect (e.g., the case is physically broken or the print is peeling upon arrival), we will rectify the situation.

  • Process: Email support@carrymoments.us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  • Resolution: At our discretion, we may issue a replacement or a refund for the item price. In most cases, you will not be required to ship the faulty item back.

5. 6-Month Limited Print Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty against significant fading of the printed image.

  • Coverage: If the print fades significantly within 6 months of purchase under normal use, contact us with photos.

  • Resolution: We will provide store credit for the amount paid for the item only.

  • Exclusions: This credit excludes any promotional discounts used at checkout and excludes all shipping costs. This warranty does not cover physical damage, scratches, or wear and tear from drops.

6. Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping fees are paid to the carrier and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases where a refund for a defective item is approved.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
