1. Lightning-Fast Fulfillment

At Carry Moments, we don't believe in making you wait. Because we use state-of-the-art printing technology we are able to:

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are typically dropped off at the carrier the same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

2. Shipping Options & Estimates

We offer three tiers of shipping at checkout. Please note that while we print your case instantly, the delivery time is determined by the carrier.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your case is printed and packed, we generate a tracking number. You will receive an automated email as soon as the carrier has your package. Please allow a few hours for the carrier's system to reflect the initial scan.

4. Shipping Address & Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer input error.

  •  If you notice an error, contact us at support@carrymoments.us within 1 hour of placement to attempt a manual correction
  • If the item has already been printed or dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping label.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Carry Moments is responsible for your order until it is accepted by the carrier.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier and are non-refundable.

  • Delivery Issues: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact the carrier directly. For items lost in transit (not showing as delivered), contact us so we can assist with a claim.
